TissueLink CEO to address UNH forum
Jackie Eastwood, president and CEO of TissueLink Medical of Dover, will discuss how the company’s focus on the needs of customers has resulted in rapid growth of the business when he appears as the guest speaker at the June 8 University of New Hampshire CEO Forum.
“TissueLink Medical – The Story” begins at 8 a.m. at the New England Center with coffee and breakfast. The program begins at 9 a.m.
Formed in 1999, TissueLink Medical is a private company that develops and markets disposable surgical devices that reduce or eliminate bleeding in surgery. The company’s products are used in 20 countries by surgeons to control bleeding in solid organ resections, orthopedic reconstruction and spine surgery.
The company’s proprietary technology can apply to multiple surgical specialties addressing markets that exceed $3.5 billion.
Eastwood, president and CEO of TissueLink Medical, was named the 2004 Ernst & Young New England Entrepreneur Of The Year in the medical devices category.
