SwANH seeks award nominations
The Software Association of New Hampshire has announced the opening of nominations for its annual information technology awards.
In previous years, the organization, known as SwANH, has handed out the Rookie of the Year and the Most Valuable Player Awards, honoring a company new to the industry and a company that has shown leadership in the industry. This year the group also will be presenting the Outstanding Educational Program Award and The Information & Computer Technology ) Global Business of the Year Award.
The Outstanding Educational Program will celebrate the educational organization that has developed and implemented an outstanding college-level outreach program and provided quality educational services in New Hampshire in the areas of computer science, computer information systems or information technologies.
The Information & Computer Technology Global Business, given jointly by SwANH and the New Hampshire Office of International Commerce, will recognize the company whose trade relationships have created higher sales, more jobs, boosted its profitability, and increased the image of the New Hampshire software or information technology industry.
All of the awards will be handed out as part of SwANH’s InfoXchange 2006, to be held Oct. 12.
