Ribbon-cutting set for Manchester Place

Manchester city officials will be among those on hand Thursday for a ribbon-cutting ceremony marking the official opening of The Residences at Manchester Place, a $40 million, 204-unit luxury apartment complex in the city’s downtown.

The courtyard ceremony – to begin at noon — signals the end of the 2-1/2-year construction project.
