Presstek execs’ pay deals reported
Presstek President and CEO Edward Marino earned a compensation package of $811,254 last year, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The package included a $450,000 base salary and slightly less than $213,000 in stock options.
Moosa E. Moosa, executive vice president and CFO of the Hudson-based maker of printing equipment, had a compensation package worth $607,381, and G. Michael McCarthy, vice president of business integration, earned a total of $659,138. McCarthy’s package included some nearly $420,000 resulting from options.
Presstek reported $274 million in revenue in 2005, more than double the previous year. Its net profits were $6 million, or 17 cents a diluted share — 6 cents higher than 2004. – BOB SANDERS
