PC Connection Services received ISO 9001:2000 certification from SAI Global Services for its custom configuration lab at its distribution center in Wilmington, Ohio.
The new certification assures customers that PC Connection Services has a good quality management system in place and that their needs will be met affectively.
Integration services on computer systems, routers, servers and other products and solutions are provided by lab technicians at PC Connection Services’ custom configuration lab. Comprehensive operational tests and quality assessments are also conducted on all products and solutions prior to shipping to customers of all three PC Connection subsidiaries — PC Connection Sales, GovConnection and MoreDirect.
