A New Hampshire municipal government administrator has been named president of the American Academy of Certified Public Managers for the coming year.

After serving as president-elect for the past year, he now leads the organization, and serves as chair of the seven-member AACPM board of directors that governs the national organization.
Herman is a founder and former officer of the NH Association of Certified Public Managers and serves as chairman of the Concord Regional Solid Waste/Resource Recovery Cooperative, chairman of the New Hampshire Public Works Standards and Training Council, and treasurer of the New Durham Food Pantry. – NHBR STAFF
