EPG sets price for stock offering

Environmental Power Corp. of Portsmouth on Wednesday said it will sell 2 million shares of its common stock at $7 per share in a public offering.

MDB Capital Group LLC, the underwriter of the offering, will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 300,000 shares to cover over-allotments, if any, the company said in a news release. – NHBR STAFF
