Director quits Sturm, Ruger board

Joseph C. Strasser, a retired Navy rear admiral has resigned as a director of Sturm, Ruger & Company, effective immediately, the firm announced Tuesday.

Strasser cited reasons of health for his unexpected resignation, the company said. He joined the Sturm, Ruger board in August 2005, and expressed his sincere regret for the necessity of this personal decision, according to Sturm, Ruger Chairman and CEO William B. Ruger Jr. – NHBR STAFF
