China seminar at UNH

A seminar on “Doing Business in China: An Entrepreneurial Perspective” will be presented later this week as part of the Holloway Seminars on Entrepreneurship at the University of New Hampshire.

Presented by the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at UNH, the seminar will begin at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 9, at the New England Center in Durham, with a reception to follow. The event is free and open to the public.

Todd Bissett, an attorney in O’Melveny & Myers LLP’s Shanghai office, is the guest speaker. He practices in the areas of securities, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, cross-border transactions and general corporate and business law. He has advised clients in various industries, including semiconductors, financial services, software and telecommunications.

Bissett previously worked for the U.S. Department of State at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing.
