The Bedford-based bank also announced third-quarter net income of $611,362, an increase of 51 percent from the last quarter. Net income per share was 31 cents, a share compared to 21 cents from the previous quarter. Net loans and deposits amounted to $183.2 million and $209.1 million, respectively, from a year ago.
