CB&T declares dividend

Community Bank & Trust Company of Wolfeboro has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 35 cents, to be paid February 15, 2006, to stockholders of record on January 31, 2006.

Total dividends for the 12 months ending February 2006, including a special dividend of 50 cents per share paid on July 1, 2005, will total $1.85 per share. — NHBR STAFF
