BIA seminar to tackle energy costs

A half-day seminar focusing on helping businesses learn how to manage energy costs will be held Wednesday, Dec. 7, at the Center of New Hampshire in Manchester.

The seminar, which begins at 8 a.m., will feature a discussion of the retail electricity market and an update of competitive supplier opportunities available to businesses as well as a look at programs offered by utilities and the Independent System Operator that can help businesses reduce their electricity consumption.

Also as part of the seminar will be a look at the outlook for the future direction of energy prices.
