Tyco governance exec to speak at forum
Eric Pillmore, senior vice president of corporate governance at Tyco International, will be the next speaker in the University of New Hampshire’s CEO Forum.
Pillmore, who will speak as part of a program that begins at 8 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, at the New England Center in Durham, will discuss the company’s strategy to rebuild its image in the wake of scandals that rocked the firm and led to the convictions of former CEO Dennis Kozlowski and ex-CFO Mark Swartz.
Pillmore will talk about the company’s strategy, outlining the crises and challenges that faced the new management team in mid-2002 as well as progress the company has made since then.
The CEO Forum is a membership program designed for corporate executives and senior managers. Nonmembers may attend for one-time membership trial of $79.
