Segway welcomes new executives

Manchester-based Segway Corporation, maker of the Segway Human Transporter, has named Brian Cohen chief financial officer and Jason Barton vice president of North American Sales.

In his new role as CFO, Cohen, a certified public accountant, will be responsible for managing the finance, information technology, legal, operations and human resource functions at Segway. Cohen has 20 years of high-tech financial experience, serving as CFO at PHT Corp, Telebit, Yantra, and WebLine Communications.

Most recently, Barton served as Palm Inc.’s U.S. enterprise sales director leading the business, vertical and federal market teams. – NHBR STAFF
