Pennichuck names acting controller

Pennichuck Corporation hired Charles Hoepper as its acting controller Wednesday.

Hoepper will replace Daniel Incropera, who had worked at the firm for three years and resigned effective Tuesday

The 57-year-old Hoepper worked at Pennichuck as a contract employee for the last six months, and was promoted in July to vice president of regulatory and business services. He previously served as vice president of operations at Emery Waterhouse, a hardware distributor in Portland, Maine, and was the chief financial officer of Diomed, an AMEX-listed company in Andover, Mass.

The Company has not entered into an employment agreement with Hoepper, who will serve as an employee-at-will. – BOB SANDERS
