Kelly Clark, chief operating officer at New Hampshire Public Television, has been chosen as the new state director of AARP New Hampshire.
Clark will replace Dick Chevrefils, who recently stepped down from the New Hampshire post to become state director of AARP Pennsylvania.
“This is an exciting opportunity for me,” said Clark. ”With an aging society, AARP is at the right place at the right time. What an important role to address not only the needs of today, but the needs of tomorrow. I’m honored to be associated with an organization whose mission is to bring about positive social change.”
A Webster resident, Clark, who has nearly 20 years of experience in public/private sector administration and organizational management and leadership, also has held leadership positions at New Hampshire Forum on Higher Education, Workforce Opportunity Council, the towns of Henniker and Gorham and the New Hampshire Rural Development Council. – JEFF FEINGOLD
