NHBR About Town: S. Peter Volpe Award

Peter Delano, principal of Nobis Engineering in Concord, right, has received the S. Peter Volpe Award from the Society of American Military Engineers Boston Post for his ongoing support as a director of the organization. Presenting the award is David Margolis, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
