As their last official appearance as Dover’s 2010 Citizens of the Year, Donna and Phil Rinaldi rode in the city’s recent holiday parade. The Rinaldis, owners of Dover Secretarial Services, were chosen for the honor for their tireless volunteer efforts to the community.
