N.H. restaurant chain chooses Favorite

Bedford-based Great NH Restaurants has named Favorite Foods Incorporated of Somersworth, a distributor to the food and lodging industry known for its support of independent restaurants, as its primary supplier.

More than just looking for competitive group pricing, Tom Boucher, co-owner and CEO of Great NH Restaurants, said he chose Favorite Foods for its commitment to independent restaurants in the Granite State through its New Hampshire chapter of the Favorite Independent Restaurant Association, or FIRA.

“We are very happy to be aligned with a company like Favorite Foods because of their pro-independent philosophy and the core company principles we share,” said Boucher, who is also a past chairman of the New Hampshire Lodging and Restaurant Association. “Favorite Foods has offered very aggressive pricing as part of a much broader package of value-added benefits.”

Great NH Restaurants manages CJ’s Great West Grill in Manchester and T-Bones Great American Eatery, with locations in Bedford, Derry, Hudson and Salem. — CINDY KIBBE
