KDPaine opens Berlin office

KDPaine & Partners, the Durham-based marketing and public relations measurement firm, yesterday opened a second office in the North Country city of Berlin.

The Berlin office will initially employ four people who will handle media analysis and coding work for KDPaine & Partners’ largest clients, said CEO Katie Delahaye Paine.

“We’re growing at about 50 percent a year and we needed a flexible, educated workforce that could quickly expand to meet our needs. We found both the education level and the workforce in Berlin to be perfect for our needs,” she said. Paine added that the presence of the New Hampshire Community Technical College and Granite State Colleges also influenced her decision. “I know that whatever skill set we need, there will be someone to fulfill that need,” Paine said.

“While everyone else is outsourcing to India, we found that it made much more sense to outsource in-state – and expand in New Hampshire into an area that needs jobs and has plenty of available space,” Paine said.
