Boots to Business returns to a virtual format Aug. 25
After a pause in programming due to Covid-19, the U.S. Small Business Administration will launch a free, two-day virtual training seminar for veterans and their family members who are considering starting their own business.
The virtual Boots to Business program will run two days, Tuesday, Aug. 25 and Wednesday, Aug. 26,from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The program to Business provides a standardized entrepreneurship training track for attendees, as well as connecting them with local small business resources, such as the highly coveted New Hampshire Small Business Development Center, whose free advising services are in high demand, as businesses navigate the pandemic.
After completing the two-day session, participants will have the tools and knowledge they need to identify a business opportunity, draft a business plan, connect with local small business resources and launch their businesses. To enroll, visit sbavets.force.com/s/.
