Fraser Papers idles two lumber mills
Fraser Papers, owner of the pulp and paper mills in Berlin, N.H., said on Wednesday it would temporarily idle two lumber mills in New Brunswick, Canada, starting Oct. 21, because of slow markets.
Fraser, which is primarily a paper and pulp producer, said it expected the facilities in Juniper and Plaster Rock to be closed for a month, but the length of the shutdown would depend on market conditions. – NHBR STAFF REPORT
