CB Richard Ellis/New England will host a Commercial Real Estate and Economic Outlook Conference Wednesday June 14 at the Center of New Hampshire Radisson Hotel in Manchester.
The event will be held from 7:30 to 9 a.m.
George Bald, commissioner of the state Department of Resources and Economic Development, will deliver the keynote address, “New Hampshire: New England’s Hottest Economy.” Manchester Mayor, Frank Guinta will also speak, as will Andrew Majewski and Michael Harrington of CB Richard Ellis/New England, who will offer an overview of the commercial real estate activity and forecast of the Manchester and Interstate 93 corridor and the influences of the Boston market on this sector. George N. Campbell Jr., president of CB Richard Ellis/New England’s New Hampshire division, will moderate the conference.
