BIA to co-host telecommunications forum
“Revitalizing the Telecommunications Industry: What It Means for New Hampshire,” a breakfast forum focusing on the nation’s telecommunications laws, will be co-hosted next month by the Business & Industry Association of New Hampshire and the US Chamber of Commerce
The event will be held from 7:30 to 10 a.m. Nov. 10 at the Center of New Hampshire in Manchester.
Telecommunications forum presenters will include William Kovacs, vice president of environment, technology and regulatory affairs for the chamber; Polly Brown, regional president of Verizon; Jim-Joe Waz, vice president-external affairs and public policy counsel, Comcast; and Kate Bailey, director of telecommunications for the state Public Utilities Commission.
Invited speakers include Sen. John Sununu and Congressman Charlie Bass.
