Rotary Club to hold car raffle at Ribfest

MERRIMACK – The Rotary Club of Merrimack will launch a car raffle this weekend to benefit local charities and community service projects. The car will be on display and raffle tickets will be sold at this weekend’s Rock ’N Ribfest at the Anheuser-Busch brewery.

The prize is a red Mustang GT convertible with a V8 engine and CD player donated by Craig Weisman of S&J Motors. Tickets will be $5 each or three for $10. They will be available at several town events in the next few months or by contacting the Rotary Club. The drawing will take place Dec. 9.

Raffle proceeds will benefit Rotary Club of Merrimack Scholarship Fund Inc., which provides scholarships to graduating Merrimack students for secondary education, and other projects and community groups.
