Fun Day slated to cap fire program

Nashua Fire Rescue is hosting a fun day to conclude its Risk Watch program for fourth-grade students.

The event will be held on the ball fields at Greeley Park on Saturday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. The rain date is June 12. All fourth-grade students in the city are invited to attend and compete for prizes.

Risk Watch is a comprehensive injury prevention program for children, designed by the National Fire Protection Association and delivered by volunteer instructors from Nashua Fire Rescue. The program is in its fourth year and was presented in more than three dozen fourth-grade classrooms this year.
