Ecora partners with UK company
Ecora Software Corporation of Portsmouth has entered a deal that will take it into the United Kingdom market.
The maker of change and configuration management software solutions, has launched a venture with Square Mile Systems of Gloucestershire, England that “will bring business-critical, best-in-class solutions and professional services to UK customers and their service providers,” said Ecora founder and CEO Alex Bakman. “The demand to cost-effectively sustain regulatory compliance, improve system security an support frameworks is driving the market for automated solutions that maintain business critical configurations standards and control ongoing changes,”
According to the agreement announced yesterday, Square Mile will market and distribute two of Ecora’s products — Ecora Enterprise Auditor, which automates the reporting of configuration settings across operating systems, applications, databases and networking devices, and Ecora Patch Manager, which reduces the time and costs of patch management by scanning, analyzing and patching servers, desktops and laptops throughout computing environments. – NHBR STAFF
