Littleton hospital to host women’s health conference
Littleton Regional Hospital will be hosting its 2005 Women’s Health Conference from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 17 at the Mount Washington Hotel & Resort in Bretton Woods.
The daylong event is expected to be attended by more than 400 women from New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont.
The conference will include sessions on traditional and complementary medicine, nutrition, exercise for a busy lifestyle and stress management. Free health screenings also will be provided.
Keynote speaker will be Hope Ricciotti, M.D., deputy director for education of the Harvard Center of Excellence in Women’s Health and the Harvard Medical School Women’s Health theme director. She Ricciotti will discuss present “Prescriptions for Health – Comprehensive Preventive Care for Women.”
Registration is $50 per person and includes breakfast and lunch.
