GoodWork, a nonprofit incubator based on the Seacoast, has launched their Co-Working Hub at Carey Cottage, which opens on April 15. This space will allow nonprofits too work, learn and collaborate within the Greater Seacoast nonprofit community.
According to their website, GoodWork’s “team of skilled and experienced coaches, professional partners, and mentors facilitate learning and guide incubator participants on the path towards success. We build on participant’s strengths’ to assist them to be more effective, collaborative, adaptive, and better prepared to achieve their mission.”
The space will be available at no cost to nonprofit employees working in Strafford and Eastern Rockingham counties, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., subject to availability.
The Co-Working Hub accommodates up to six people with couches, armchairs and two high-top workstations. Amenities include hospitality Wi-Fi, USB outlets, access to a community kitchen and use of the waterfront porch.

James “Jim” Loomis, co-founder of Portsmouth-based Bottomline Technologies, passed away on Sept. 6 in his hometown of Dover after a period of declining health. He was 75. After its creation in 1989 with business partner Daniel McGurl, Bottomline became a worldwide leader in automated business payments and cash management.
