Single Digits grows with Texas acquisition

Purchase of Ze-Net Technologies expands NH firm’s hospitality industry footprint

Single Digits Inc., a Bedford-based provider of high-speed internet access management software and IP network solutions, has acquired Texas-based Ze-Net Technologies Inc. in a move the firm says will expand the company’s reach in the hospitality market.

No sale price was given.

Ze-Net, headquartered in Plano, is a provider of Wi-Fi infrastructures to hundreds of the hospitality properties.

“Ze-Net’s acquisition is a major addition to our company,” said Bob Goldstein, CEO of Single Digits. “It adds a highly technical team on the ground in Texas and strengthens our ability to deliver cost-effective service in the Southwest.”
