Single Digits announces strategic partnership, acquisition

Bedford company grows global network presence

Single Digits, a global internet services provider in Bedford, recently formed a strategic partnership with Australia-based internet network solution provider, Superloop, along with the acquisition of Superloop's North American and European assets — formerly serviced by Superloop subsidiary GX2.

With more than 450 employees at network operating centers in New Hampshire, Colorado, Nevada, Texas and Tijuana, Mexico, Single Digits delivers turnkey solutions including IP network design, guest Wi-Fi monetization, professional services, ongoing maintenance, network monitoring, multi-lingual support, revenue reporting and authentication tracking.

On Dec. 31, 2018, Single Digits acquired Superloop’s subsidiary GX2 HSIA service networks and contracts in North America and Europe.

Additionally, Single Digits and Superloop are partnering to bring together Superloop’s broad connectivity and network strengths with Single Digits’ hospitality, MDU and student housing network management software and services, to deliver an end-to-end internet solution to customers throughout the Asia Pacific metro areas served by Superloop.

“Single Digits’ hospitality-focused Wi-Fi software and managed services will help deliver a premium in-building solution to the marquee U.S. based hotel brands within our service areas,” said Superloop CEO Drew Kelton in a press release.

Customer accounts will be serviced by two, in‐house, state‐of‐the‐art call centers in North America with a large, agile support staff ready to provide 24/7/365 customer service.

“We can already see how Superloop’s bandwidth and engineering teams are adding strength to our portfolio of services,” said Single Digits CEO Bob Goldstein.

Single Digits itself was recently acquired by GI Partners, a leading private equity firm. This is first acquisition under GI Partners’ ownership.
