Service Credit Union opens North Dakota branch

Portsmouth-based Service Credit Union has opened its newest branch on the Grand Forks Air Force Base in North Dakota.

It is Service Credit Union’s 49th branch worldwide and its first in North Dakota. Service Credit Union has 15 other branches on military installations in Germany, providing financial services to both the Air Force and Army at those locations.

Service Credit Union was founded in 1957 when it was established as the Portsmouth Air Force Base Federal Credit Union in New Hampshire.
