Scribe Software acquired by California company
TIBCO Software says Manchester company’s services complement its own

Manchester-based Scribe Software has been acquired by TIBCO Software, a Palo Alto, Calif., company that provides integration, API management and analytics services to companies around the world.
Scribe provides an intuitive cloud-based integration services that enables more than 10,000 businesses to efficiently connect Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications and automate data flows. The company employs more than 100 people, including over 80 in the Manchester Millyard and other employees in Oakland, Calif., and The Hague in The Netherlands. NH Business Review’s request for comment was denied due to Scribe’s agreement with TIBCO not to speak to the press.
Founded in 1995, Scribe was initially created to assist businesses with integrating their Customer Relationship Management applications and automating data flows. In 2011, Scribe released its cloud-based integration platform, Scribe Online.

In addition to helping businesses of all sizes connect their applications, Scribe’s platform is also designed to enable SaaS providers to expand the integration capabilities of their software products, and systems integrators to enable rapid connectivity in their projects.
