Rosenberger leaves top FairPoint post in N.H.

Teresa Rosenberger, FairPoint Communications’ New Hampshire state president since January 2010, has stepped down from the job.Rosenberger, who was responsible for overseeing regulatory matters, governmental relations, public relations and economic development for the company, will be returning to the Manchester-based law firm of Devine Millimet, where she worked before taking the job at FairPoint.The company said announced Pat McHugh, vice president and assistant general counsel at FairPoint in New Hampshire, will serve as interim state president until the position is filled.”Teresa has been a valued leader in the company and we will miss the passion and commitment to excellence that have been the hallmarks of her position as New Hampshire state president,” said Peter Nixon, executive vice president of external affairs and operational support at FairPoint in a statement issued by the company. “We want to thank Teresa for her work as state president and we look forward to working with her upon her return to Devine Millimet.” — JEFF FEINGOLD/NEW HAMPSHIRE BUSINESS REVIEW
