Seacoast Realtors benefit supper, lease activity in Rochester, Amherst, Manchester … and more
The Seacoast Board of Realtors’ Community Outreach Committee will host a benefit supper from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4, at The Community Oven, 845 Lafayette Rd., Hampton. A portion of the proceeds will go to benefit the Lori-Breard-Weeden Scholarship Fund, which was established to honor the memory of the former Seacoast Board of Realtors vice president.
Some 4,446 square feet of retail/distribution space at 45 Allen St. in Rochester has been leased by Fisher Auto Parts Inc. Bob Anderson of Colliers International|New Hampshire’s Portsmouth office represented the lessor, KID Properties LLC, and CBRE|Portsmouth represented Fisher Auto Parts of Staunton, Va., in the relocation of the Fisher showroom in downtown Rochester. The lease marks the first move since 1984 of the former Robbins Auto Parts store. Anderson also represented the landlord, 36A Industrial Way LLC, and assisted the tenant in the lease of 8,670 square feet of office space at 36 Industrial Way in Rochester to Community Cash Management Corp., dba Marcam Associates.
Schaefer Mortgage Corp. has leased 2,400 square feet of office space at Carriage Depot in Amherst, according to Lisa Morrison and Mark Prolman of Prolman Realty, Nashua, who represented the owner, Hardman Companies. Schaefer, which specializes in residential loans in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Maine, was represented by Penelope Seaver of Bean, Seaver Smith Associates of Milford.
Brady Sullivan Properties has announced that some 10 businesses have recently moved in to the Waumbec Mill in the Manchester Millyard. Among the businesses taking space in the building are Fuel Lighting, Furuya Metals, Pillpack, SubitUp and Amoskeag Auction. Total space leased is nearly 18,000 sf.
Goffstown-based Langley Construction has been hired to rebuild of the Daniel Webster Office Park in Bedford. Owned by NorthEast Broadcasting, the park’s Building A was destroyed by a three-alarm fire in January. Langley will provide a phased redevelopment plan that will include rebuilding a 7,000-square-foot building and reconstruction of Building B, which will consist of complete renovations, including a timber frame conference room, new windows, doors, standing seam metal roof and tenant fit-up for offices.
Gail Callahan of Moultonborough has joined the team at Coldwell Banker Residential Mortgage, Center Harbor.
Jewett Automotive Design & Construction, Raymond, recently completed interior renovations to Commonwealth Motors’ Nissan, Volkswagen, KIA, and Honda dealerships, all located in Lawrence, Mass. The job involved converting a portion of the existing service area into an expanded body shop — a project which included new masonry walls, overhead door, and ceiling mounted heater.
