Presentation set on Dover waterfront plans

A report on how plans for developing the Cocheco River waterfront in downtown Dover are progressing will be presented at noon Thursday, Oct. 20, at the Dover Public Library.
Jack Mettee, a planner and former director of the Strafford Regional Planning Commission and the New Hampshire Coastal Zone Management Program, is a member of the advisory committee that has been working on waterfront plans. – NHBR STAFF REPORT
