Former Gary Blake site leased, 14 new Realtors inducted … and more
The 4,000-square-foot former Gary Blake Motorcars location at 84 Portsmouth Ave. in Exeter has been leased to Northeast Credit Union. John Mueller of NAI Norwood Group represented the owner/lessor, Gary Blake, in the transaction.
Fourteen new Realtors were recently inducted as members of the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors.

Wilton-based ROK Builders, the hotel construction affiliate of Roedel Companies, has been retained by Harborside Associates LP to remodel the front desk area and complete the final phase of guestroom renovations at the Harborside Hotel in Portsmouth.
The organization is installing new millwork, countertops and lighting at the front desk, and on the second floor, the firm is updating 59 rooms and bathrooms with new fixtures, furniture and finishes.

The management of Manchester-based Procon has unveiled the firm’s new logo and branding initiative. The firm said the new logo, which will be included on all new marketing material, signage and advertising, represents Procon’s unique process and single-source philosophy.
