Manchester Commons filling up ... and more

An additional 16,000 square feet has been occupied at Manchester Commons, 375 S. Willow St., Manchester, bringing total occupancy up to 70 percent, said Charles Panasis, director of commercial real estate for owner Brady Sullivan Properties.

 

Attorney John F. “Jake” Skinner III has purchased 4,800 square feet of office space at 587 Union St., Manchester, for use as his law offices. Tom Dickson of Stebbins Commercial Properties represented the landlord, Stephen and Carol Carey of Manchester, in the transaction. The Registry of Deeds showed the sale price was $320,000.00.

 

Preston Hunter of Eckman Construction has been named Young Professional of the Year by the Manchester Young Professionals Network. The award recognizes young professionals who have contributed significantly to the success of their organizations and have been actively involved with MYPN. Hunter, director of business development at Eckman, has been involved with MYPN for over four years, serving on the board of directors since 2010 and as chairman from September 2011 to September 2013. SilverTech of Manchester was named Business of the Year by MYPN.

 

Jewett Construction Company Inc., Raymond, has completed renovations to a boat storage building at Kittery Trading Post in Kittery, Maine.. Construction also constructed a “clean room” that will be used for a candy storage area. All work was completed while the business was in full operation.
