Seabrook property goes for $2.8 million … and more

The property at 72 New Zealand Rd. in Seabrook has been sold for $2.8 million to a Danville-based firm, 72 New Zealand Road Seabrook LLC.

The property consists of approximately 51,100 finished square feet on 7.15 acres and abuts Interstate 95.

Patti Visconte of Masiello Commercial Associates represented the seller, Montisanti Real Estate Holdings LLC, and NAI Norwood Group represented the buyer.

 

The first stage of construction to develop a new musculoskeletal center has begun at the former Synergy building on the campus of Exeter Hospital.

The existing interior of the building is being taken out one section at a time, allowing for rehabilitation services to continue at that location. The center is expected to open in early 2016.

 

Dr. Melissa Kennell & Dr. Matthew Smith of Children’s Dentistry of the North Country have completed the purchase of a medical building located on 81 Bethlehem Rd. in Littleton. Children’s Dentistry also has offices in Gilford and Plymouth.

The building had formerly been home to the business medical practice of Littleton Orthopaedics and the late Dr. Lon Howard.

North Branch Construction Inc. of Concord has completed installation of new fire protection sprinkler systems in the historic Ton-Tine House and Grist Mill buildings at Sugar River Mills in Claremont for the Preservation of Affordable Housing.

The company also completed improvements to the thermal envelope of the building in various locations to correct air infiltration through the weathered stone and brick walls, not uncommon in mill buildings.

 

Elijah Garrison, director of business development for Green & Wired Business Solutions of Loudon, has been named a member-at-large by the New Hampshire Residential Energy Performance Association, an association of certified energy professionals that promotes best practices in energy efficiency.

Garrison is one of 20 full members of the association.

 

Tracey Pelton has joined Hooksett-based ProCon as executive director of business development and marketing.

She has over 15 years of marketing, branding and business development experience, including six years at Suffolk Construction.

In addition, the company has named Beth Carter its marketing manager. She previously worked for William A. Berry & Son.

 

Metro Walls, Manchester, has been contracted by Harvey Construction of Bedford to work on Plymouth State University’s newest campus building, called the Active Living, Learn and Wellness, or ALLWell. It will be the largest classroom on campus at almost 108,000 sq. ft.

Metro also has begun work on an 84,000-square-foot assisted living, independent living and memory care facility in Easton, Mass.

 

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England has announced that Judy McShane, a sales associate affiliated with the company’s Laconia office, has been recognized with the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite award, which is presented to the top 2 percent of approximately 87,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system.

In addition, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has been named a Platinum Award winner by the Cartus Broker Network. Platinum is the highest level of the Excellence Awards presented to principal brokers.
