New hires at Brookstone, DuBois & King, Peabody & Smith … and more
Erik Crisman of Amherst has joined Brookstone Builders, Manchester, as project manager. A longtime industry executive and consultant, he previously worked as a project manager for seven years with the CCI Alliance of Companies.
Jessica Chambers of Manchester has joined DuBois & King as a transportation planner and civil engineer in the firm’s Bedford office. She most recently worked as a parks planner for the city of Manchester, involved in the planning, engineering and construction of park improvements, trails and athletic facilities.
Darci Creative has leased office space at 96 Chestnut St., Portsmouth. Bob Marchewak of One Commercial Real Estate represented Darci in the move.
The sale of 10.5 acres on Packard Drive in New Hampton has been announced by NAI Norwood Group, Bedford. John Hoben, Chris Norwood, and Karl Norwood of NAI Norwood represented the seller, LW Packard & Company, in the transaction. The land sale closed at $142,000 according to the registry of deeds. According to plans presented to the town, the property will be used for storage of fuel.
North Branch Construction of Concord has completed exterior improvements at the New Hampshire Hospital Acute Psychiatric Services Facility located on Clinton Street in Concord. The scope of work included a complete roof replacement, masonry veneer repair, replacement of exterior composite wall cladding materials and miscellaneous site improvements. Construction was completed a week early and under budget. Design for the project was by Christopher P. Williams Architects of Meredith.
David Sherborne of Dennis Mires The Architects, Manchester, has completed licensing requirements and is now a registered architect with the New Hampshire Board of Architects.

Annie Brown has joined the Holderness office as an associate broker specializing in residential and land opportunities.
