Pease office space leased, HVAC firm acquisition … and more

PlaneSense, a fractional aircraft ownership firm, has leased 13,740 square feet of office space at 110 Corporate Drive in the Pease International Tradeport. Kent White of CBRE|Portsmouth represented the owner in the transaction.

 

M2 Service Group, Exeter, has acquired Cote & Son, Barrington, to add to its client base. M2, owned and operated by Steve Sewall, who previously owned TradeWinds Mechanical Services, has three divisions: HVAC, Electrical, and Drain Services.

 

North Branch Construction recently completed renovation of a new Dish Network installation support center in Concord. The 4,000-square-foot site is the former headquarters of John’s Wrecker Service. Upgrades to the building included a new entry, new office spaces and finishes, and new metal siding.
