New Cardigan Mt. dorm planned, Pincince to head Coldwell Banker Manchester office … and more
Keith Weston has joined the staff of TFMoran Inc. to serve as a construction inspector out of the firm’s Bedford office. Weston, who has over 45 years of experience in the civil engineering field, is a licensed professional engineer in New Hampshire and Connecticut.
North Branch Construction of Concord has been awarded the contract to complete construction of a new dormitory for Cardigan Mountain School in Canaan. The 13,000-square-foot wood-framed, two-story dormitory will house 26 students in 12 double and two single rooms, along with four faculty apartments.
Construction is expected to be complete by Fall of 2016. Design for the project is provided by Banwell Architects of Lebanon.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New Hampshire offices in Alton Bay, Amherst, Bedford, Center Harbor, Derry, Laconia, and Manchester recently hosted a “Fall Into Success” rally and celebration.
Approximately 70 affiliated sales associates attended the celebration, which took place at the Puritan Conference Center in Manchester. The event featured Pat Villani, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, who spoke about regional real estate market trends and provided tips on how to navigate the fall housing market.

Jewett Construction Company, Raymond, has completed steel erection for AutoServ KIA’s new auto dealership showroom in Belmont. The 5,729-square-foot design-build project consists of a pre-engineered Butler building with MR-24 standing seam roof.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England has announced that Aurora Pincince of Bedford has been named sales manager of the company’s Manchester office. Pincince was previously a top-producing sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Bedford.
Upper Valley Habitat for Humanity, White River Junction, Vt., has announced the appointment of Heather S.J. Steliga as executive director. She previously worked with several arts and cultural organizations in New York City, including a 12-year tenure at the Asia Society and Museum.
In addition to its ongoing program of building houses for qualified families, Upper Valley Habitat is currently undertaking a long-term neighborhood revitalization project in Claremont.
Attorney Lisa Mindlin of Concord was recently re-elected Clerk of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Real Property Law Section. Mindlin is a title attorney for Paramount Settlement Services in Concord.
Mike Tamposi of CBRE/New England represented the seller in the recent purchase sale of the 310,000-square-foot former mill building at 34 Franklin St. in Nashua to Lofts 34 LLC, a Brady Sullivan company.
“It is exciting to know that this historically significant piece of real estate will be redeveloped and the considerable impact it could have on the city of Nashua,” said Tamposi.
