Wason Associates Hospitality Real Estate Brokerage Group, Portsmouth, has announced the sale of the historic Wentworth Inn in Jackson. The property, a 61-room hotel, was acquired by AE Wentworth LLC. No sale price was provided. Earle Wason of Wason Associates represented the seller and presented the property.

The sale of the 10,520-square-foot commercial building at 121 Riverfront Drive, Manchester, has been sold by Amoskeag School LLC, Manchester, to Dmitry Zhivotosky of Nashua. Mike Reed of Stebbins Commercial Properties represented the seller, and Laura Nesmith of Colliers International represented the buyer. Sale price was $850,000.

The Seacoast Board of Realtors recently donated over $26,000 to Step Up Parents at its Community Outreach Committee Brunch.
