Roche reports three major transactions … and more

Lakes Region broker Roche Realty Group has announced several significant recent transactions, including the sale of 1934 Lake Shore Road in Gilford, a landmark circa 1880 farmhouse known as the longtime home of the B. Mae Denny’s restaurant. Nancy Clark of Roche represented the seller, Dolphin Point Development, and Tom Drouin of Roche represented the buyer, 1084 Union Ave LLC, an investment company, in the transaction.
Roche also announced the acquisition of 1084 Union Ave. in Laconia by EM Heath LLC, which has decided to purchase the building where its Laconia ACE Hardware EM Heath store has been located for the past 1½ years. Drouin represented both the seller, 1084 Union Ave. LLC, and the buyer in the sale.
Finally, two large medical office buildings located at 724 and 734 N. Main St. in Laconia have recently changed ownership. Concord Hospital/Laconia will continue to operate its multi-specialty clinic, obstetrics and gynecology practices in the two adjacent buildings. Bruce Labranche of Roche represented the buyer, Yankton Property CHL, 724 and 734 LLC, in acquiring the properties. Seller was Laconia Clinic Properties Inc., represented by Laura Gamache of KW Metropolitan.
Concord-based Sanborn, Head & Associates Inc. has announced that Susan O’Brienand Timothy Snay have joined the firm’s development practice in leadership roles. O’Brien, project director, is a licensed site professional with more than 20 years of experience planning, performing and managing complex multi-phase investigations and remedial actions at contaminated properties. Snay, vice president, is a licensed site professional and licensed environmental professional who has developed expertise in environmental due diligence, site investigation and remediation and brownfields redevelopment. Peabody & Smith Realty, Littleton, has announced a series of new hires: Megan Landry has been named executive assistant at the Littleton office; Gaige Pequenohas been named manager of agent success;, April Reinhard has been promoted to a new role as executive Assistant to President Andy Smith; and Katy Soukup, executive assistant in Franconia, will be transitioning to a new position as the licensed commercial executive assistant for all of the Badger Realty and Peabody & Smith Realty offices.
