Manchester-based Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium has acquired privately-owned Fournier-Hale Funeral Home, located at 144 Main St., North Woodstock, The purchase extends the New Hampshire footprint of Phaneuf, which operates five full-service funeral homes, four crematories and a cremation society.
Michael Dahlberg has joined TFMoran Inc. as an assistant vice president and Survey Department manager in the Bedford office. He is a member of the New Hampshire Board of Land Surveyors and is licensed in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont. In addition, Jay Aube of TFMoran’s Seacoast Division has earned a certified wetland scientist license from the state of New Hampshire. Aube, who joined TFMoran as an environmental permitting specialist in October 2020, has over 20 years of experience.
The joint venture partnership of South Burlington, Vt.-based PC Construction and H.J. Russell & Company has resulted int two awards for their work on the Atlanta Water Supply Program project. The project was honored the Construction Management Association of America with a national Project Achievement Award, and the publication Engineering News-Record recognized the project as Best Project in the Water/Environment category.
iSun Inc., a solar energy procurement and construction company based in South Burlington, Vt., has expanded in New Hampshire with five projects with a combined contract value pf over $7.2 million, the company announced. Publicly held, the company said the expansion “illustrates the value of iSun’s 50-year legacy, experience building sustainable, long-term customer relationships within dynamic, innovation-rich operating environments.”
Langley Construction, Goffstown, has begun work on a 41,000-square-foot vaulted terminal on a 13-acre site in Londonderry adjacent to the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. The property is owned by R.J. Kelly Co. Inc., a New England-based commercial real estate owner, manager and developer. Jones Lang and LaSalle represent the national tenant that will occupy the building, with construction slated to be complete by late spring of 2022.
