Procon has completed work on Unitil’s 54,000-square-foot regional facility in Exeter, which will be home to Unitil’s Seacoast electric distribution operations as well as its forestry, engineering and centralized electric dispatch teams. Construction on the facility began in fall 2019.

TFMoran has announced the promotion of Christopher Rice, Thomas Lamb and Kyle Royto principals of the firm. Rice joined TFMoran in 1999 and currently manages the Civil Division in TFM’s Portsmouth office. Lamb joined the company’s Structural Engineering Department in 2007. Roy is a senior structural engineer in TFMoran’s Bedford office.

Keene Housing has wrapped up a third solar energy project with the installation of a 98-kilowatt array on the roofs of the agency’s North Street and Gilsum Street Apartments.  ReVision Solar Impact Partners owns the arrays through a power purchase agreement with Keene Housing.
