Savard Welcome Center opens at St. Anselm … and more

Gerry Perron of New Boston, founder of Granite State Plumbing and Heating Inc., recently was with the 24th annual New Hampshire Construction Industry Ethics Award at the Sept. 24 Associated Builders and Contractors 2020 Safety Awards and Graduation Pig Roast. Now bestowed by Plan NH, the award honors the ‘individual, business or organization that, through its words and deeds, best demonstrates a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards in construction.’ The award carries with it a $1,000 donation to the recipient’s charity of choice, and Perron has directed that it go to the New Boston Food Pantry.
SVN The Masiello Group has announced the sale of 13 Delta Drive, units 9 and 10, in Londonderry – a total of 7,200 square feet of high-bay industrial space. Chris Pascucci represented the seller L&L Realty in this transaction and also facilitated the seller. According to the registry of deeds this property sold for $685,000.
The Savard Welcome Center at Saint Anselm College, which features a meeting hall, pre-function lounge space to introduce prospective students to campus and offices, was dedicated Sept. 15. Dennis Mires The Architects designed the facility, which was built by Eckman Construction.
Joshua Butkus has joined DeStefano Maugel Architects announced as an architectural designer based in the Portsmouth office. He has a variety of design and construction experience, most recently working as an architectural consultant who managed all aspects of design and project development for residential renovation and new construction projects.
