Hammer joins TFMoran, Sullivan Construction honored for CMC project … and more

Lisa Stanley of Rochester, right, co-owner of Wit-Way Supply, a plumbing wholesale company, has been honored as the Citizen of the Year award by the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce. The honor is given to an individual who has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to the community and has made significant contributions to the vibrancy and strength of the greater Rochester area. She is shown receiving her award from Laura Ring, president of the chamber.
Raymond-based Jewett Construction recently held a beam-raising ceremony to commemorate construction of a new 43,600-square-foot, 69-unit residential building on South Main Street in White River Junction, Vt.
The mixed retail and residential building was designed by Studio Nexus Architects + Planners of White River Junction. The studio units will feature modern brick and gray details with large windows and balconies overlooking the street.
Michael Hammer has joined TFMoran as survey department manager in the firm’s Bedford office. A licensed land surveyor in New Hampshire and a professional land surveyor in Massachusetts, he has over 30 years of survey experience in commercial, residential and municipal projects.
Franklin Savings Bankhas donated $5,000 to the Tilton Police Department toward construction of its new facility located at 45 Sanborn Rd. Construction is underway and the new facility is slated to be complete by the end of the year.
Deborah A. DeBeradinis-Reichheld of Nashua has been named as a new member of Senior Living of Bedford’s board of trustees. Senior Living of Bedford is a nonprofit formed to oversee construction and management of Bowman Place at Olde Bedford, a new assisted living and memory care community. DeBeradinis-Reichheld is a board-certified orthodontist and began Amherst Orthodontics over 30 years ago. Ground-breaking was held in October 2019 and the opening of the community is scheduled for the April 2021. The $40 million, three-story, 95,000 square-foot community is being built by Eckman Construction of Bedford.
Sullivan Constructionof Bedford is being recognized by the New Hampshire/Vermont chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors for its work on Catholic Medical Center’s Vein & Viscose Specialties facility in Bedford. The project received a Merit Award in the Institutional/Public category. Working with Sullivan Construction were project architects Lavallee Brensinger.
