The Greater Manchester/Nashua Home Builders & Remodelers Association is looking for donations from area builders for the association’s annual yard sale at Riverside Park in Nashua.
The association is looking for donations of such materials such as lumber and trim, windows and doors, cabinets, sinks and vanities, siding and roofing material and carpet, tile, hardwood and other flooring materials.

Gallery One Realty, Exeter, has rebranded to become part of RE/MAX On The Move, RE/MAX Integra has announced. RE/MAX On The Move will now have a newly relocated office in Exeter, and another office in Hampton, allowing the brokerage to span the New Hampshire real estate market, said the firm.
Through a $5.1 million contract with the energy service firm Ameresco, a series of energy-efficiency initiatives now underway at Cannon Mountain in Franconia are expected to reduce energy consumption at the ski area by about 30 percent while significantly increasing snowmaking capabilities.
The conservation measures include replacement of Cannon's main-trunk power line and upgrading the transformer; construction of a mid-mountain snowmaking booster pump house; installation of 388 high efficiency tower snowmaking guns, and lighting and weatherization upgrades.
Pasquale’s Ristorante and Pizzeria of Candia has purchased the site at 87 Nashua Rd. in Londonderry with the goal of opening a second restaurant there. The space was formerly occupied by Avandi’s Restaurant. It sets about 75, including 25 on a covered deck.
Jerry Hersch from the commercial division of Tinkham Realty represented the seller, Karametros Family Revocable Trust of Manchester, and Bob Beilman of RE/MAX Synergy represented the buyer.
The selling price, according to the Rockingham Registry of Deeds, was $400,000.
Trumbull-Nelson Construction Company, Hanover, has announced the addition of Liam Ehrenzweig of Enfield to its staff as project superintendent. Ehrenzweig previously worked at Engelberth Construction.

Harriman and The Cecil Group, a newly merged architecture, engineering, urban design, planning and landscape architecture firm has opened a new location at 33 Jewel Court in Portsmouth.
The new office occupies 2,800 square feet in the historic Scald House, a renovated two-story brick office building. The Harriman designed fit-out was built by Portsmouth-based construction manager Alternative Solutions.
