Evolve at Rye’s $13m financing deal … and more
The former Prime Acura North in Hampton and its real estate, owned by David Rosenberg of Prime Motor Group, has been sold to Anthony DiLorenzo of Key Auto Group. The dealership is known as Key Acura of North Hampton.
Key, based in Portsmouth, has automotive holdings in three New England states, including franchised automobile dealerships, a commercial truck dealership, used car superstores and state of the art collision centers.
Rosenberg, under the Prime brand, has had multiple transactions facilitated by Nancy Phillips Associates, which was involved in this transaction as well
Real estate agents Amanda Conway and Katherine McLaughlin have joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty’s Bedford office.
Valencia Realty Capital, a Boston-based provider of capital for commercial real estate investors and developers, recently arranged $13 million in financing for the $11 million acquisition of Evolve at Rye, a 40-unit assisted living community at 295 Lafayette Rd. in Rye, NH. The transaction had a total capitalization of $13 million, composed of a $10 million senior debt facility coupled with $3 million of equity.
Valencia arranged the senior debt financing with Murfreesboro, Tenn.-based real estate investment trust National Health Investors Inc.
Howe, Riley & Howe, an accounting firm with offices in Manchester and Portsmouth, recently relocated its Portsmouth office to 210 Commerce Way, Suite 230. The move came as the firm continues to expand its client base and presence on the Seacoast of New Hampshire and Southern Maine. CPA Court Klein is manager of the office, joined by Kyung Kim and Peter Kiriakoutsos.

Concord Housing + Redevelopment has donated $6,000 to the Concord Family YMCA to enroll children who would not otherwise have the opportunity to participate in Learn to Swim and Water Safety programs. The Y will also be able to focus a portion of the donation toward the associated transportation costs for the youth to participate in these programs.
